Design selections for custom and spec home builders, from initial selections through the final details. Finishes, fixtures, lighting, appliances, hardware and other design elements are selected, documented and organized for your team and subcontractors.

For custom builds, clients can be referred directly for the selection process, giving them a dedicated point of contact for design decisions, selections and approvals throughout construction. Complete selections are also available for spec homes, as well as assistance during specific phases of a project.
