Builder Partnerships

We work with custom home builders and spec builders/higher end new construction homes. We pick everything out and keep track of all of the selections. Each job has a binder for both the builder and the project manager throughout the project with interior and exterior paint schedules, appliance specifications, and selections throughout the house such as door hardware, flooring, lighting schedules, plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, lighting selections.

 

We select all items and place them on a chart, as well as visual printouts with a binder that has all things written out, to be signed off by your client. Or by you if there is not a current homeowner yet. Throughout the project, any updates are made in a master list accessible to your subcontractors through a shared document. Depending on the level of involvement and size of the project, we may serve as the project manager on a remodel job. Or, you may just need someone to pick everything out and keep track of all of the selections.
